Key Features of Jazz Dance used in Musical Theatre:

Isolations, Syncopations, Rhythm, Use of Pelvis, Bent Knees, Sensuality, Rotations, and Opposition of Body Parts.

in the image above; i am moving my hips/pelvis whilst also doing a hand isolation on my hip for a sexy sensual feeling

in the image above; i have bent knees so it is easier for me to have more fluidity in my body whilst moving my pelvis/hips to give a sensual feeling to the movement.

in the picture above everyone is doing finger clicks but moving only their hand which is an isolation and causes focus to be on their hands.
